Large Order Shipping Policy (IMPORTANT)

Orders totaling $1,000 or more are charged a $99.99 shipping fee at checkout.

Because large LEGO orders may require multiple boxes, oversized packaging, or higher carrier charges, the $99.99 collected at checkout may not always cover the full shipping cost.

For orders of $1,000 or more:

• We will calculate the actual shipping cost after the order is placed.
• The $99.99 paid at checkout will be applied toward that cost.
• If the actual shipping cost exceeds $99.99, you will receive a separate invoice for the difference.
• Your order will not ship until any additional shipping balance has been paid.

We will use the most economical practical shipping method available.

If you do not wish to proceed after receiving an additional shipping invoice, you may cancel the order for a full refund before shipment.

P.O. Box Shipping Policy (IMPORTANT)

UPS is our preferred shipping carrier for most LEGO orders because it provides the best combination of cost and reliability for larger packages.

If you choose to ship to a P.O. Box, your order must be sent via USPS. In some cases, this may result in shipping costs that exceed the amount collected during checkout.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before shipping your order. If you choose not to proceed, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment.

To avoid delays or additional shipping costs, we recommend using a physical residential or business address whenever possible.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

We use USPS and UPS as our primary carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Once your order is packed, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that we handle each package for up to 2 business days before it is handed off to the carrier.

Orders can be placed at any time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We currently ship only within the continental United States (no international, Hawaii, or Alaska shipping at this time).

Order Cancellation Policy

To protect both our customers and Wapi Bricks, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Items listed at an incorrect price
• Items that are out of stock, damaged, or no longer available
• Suspicious, high-risk, or unverifiable orders
• System errors or checkout glitches

If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund immediately to your original payment method.

This policy ensures accuracy, fairness, and transparency while maintaining a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of LEGO products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

We inspect all items carefully before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.
