This policy explains how Wapi Bricks 2 LLC (“Wapi Bricks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, shop with us, sell a LEGO collection, contact us, or use our Wish List and loyalty features.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup information, order details, LEGO collection descriptions and uploaded files, Wish List item numbers, communication preferences, and loyalty-account information. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.
How we use information
We use information to process orders and payments, provide shipping or pickup, respond to questions and collection offers, operate Wish Lists and inventory alerts, verify accounts, apply loyalty rewards, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain records, and improve our services.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate our business, including Square for checkout, payments, orders, and loyalty rewards; Twilio for phone verification and text alerts; Resend for email delivery; and our website hosting and storage providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Card and payment credentials are entered directly into Square’s secure payment experience and are not stored by Wapi Bricks. We receive order, payment-status, customer, and fulfillment information needed to complete the transaction.
Uploaded files
Files submitted through our Contact or Sell LEGO forms are temporarily stored while the message is prepared, sent to our team as email attachments, and removed from temporary website storage after delivery or expiration. Please do not upload sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identification information.
Wish List, loyalty, and text messages
When you use the Wish List or loyalty features, we use your verified phone number to locate and protect your account and to connect eligible Square loyalty information. With your consent, we may send automated inventory alerts. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Cookies and security
We use essential cookies to keep your cart, Wish List sign-in, and related account features working. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including secure session cookies, request limits, signed integrations, and server-side validation. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, complete transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.
Your choices
You may remove Wish List items, stop text alerts by replying STOP, and request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. Certain transaction records may be retained when required by law.
